My name is Melissa Rooklidge and I am a senior at Texas Tech University. I will be studying abroad in Tuscania, Italy this fall from August-December 2010. When I return this blog will be filled with authentic Italian recipes from Tuscania and from the cooking class I will be taking while I am there. My hope is to bring the true Italian culture directly into the homes of America! So get ready, this is going to be one delicious experience!
